这道题的arguement应该是虽然campaign带来了销售数量的增长但是因其本身的成本太高所以对总体的经济效益没有产生影响 这个选项指的是tuna sales而不是campaign所以无关 正确答案选项由于是揭示了另外一个可能性,将tuna市场本身利润率减少的问题变成是经济效益减少的原因
