ACE中的 in attributing，看到这个动词性伴随说明的话，就要找这个动作的发起者，那么是后面的 the perpetrators，这样子意思就明显错了。 D选项中的 attribute 和 as cause of 俩连用，明显是累赘冲突错误 attribute to固定搭配
