with结构做修饰之所以容易引起歧义是说这个结构夹在句子当中的时候，如果上下都有动词，我们不清楚with结构修饰的是前面还是后面，这样才会引发歧义，如果with放在最前或者最后，这种歧义就不存在了，要判断的只是修饰是否making sense，不能看见with就排除。
