and spend 前面的逗号应该去掉 按照题意，imposing应该和requiring平行，see more patients 和spend less time with each平行。 这么说来，spend前面最好加上不定式to,使平行对象更加明确。不然这个spend 动词原形的平行对象就可能变成are less likely。反正 感觉就是怪怪的。
