区别 did 和done. 这里injured不加was，可能会被当成done。有歧义。就算是done 结构，做修饰成分也不对，因为之前有joined 做修饰成分，2个修饰成分并列，至少也要加连词。

injured 做状语省略was应该是没问题的，但是A的结构明显更优，joined...,was injured...,and was discharged...;如果用injured表示修饰，结构就变成了joine...,injured, and was discharged,一个修饰语放在中间感觉上像 DS这个人injure了谁，表示主动一样；所以优选A
