第一个and多余，相互独立平行的短语be动词不能少，因为是三个平行不是两个所以中间一个was不能统领后两个；being表伴随但是他不是discharge的伴随结果或者状态，逻辑上应该是discharge的原因（现在分词做伴随性状语，修饰前面的句子的动词）
