我开始也选的是B，但是国外网站上说，B没有D好，因为B不能体现rent biz是thriving的，因为住在那里的孩子太少，而D中老人要给外孙们提供家具，而老人的数量那么多，很显然D的解释更能体现thriving business.

D的意思是，住在这里的老人需要满足一个需求，这个需求是他们的祖孙们每年都会来探望他们几周，所以这些老人们的家里自然就需要配置婴孩家具了。这些小孩子用的家具是给老人的祖孙们使用的。

文章观点一：F的一些社区里住的人几乎都是退休了且基本都是家里没有小孩的家庭。
观点二：这些婴儿和小孩的家居出租生意很繁盛
题目要调和这一矛盾。
矛盾：为什么这些居住在这里的家庭没有小孩，而这里的家具出租生意那么繁盛？
D选项：因为每年有几周他们的grandchildren 会来看他们（因为孩子居住时间不长所以需要租借）
而B选项错误的原因我认为是题目已经给了“Some communities in Florida are populated almost exclusively by retired people and contain few, if any, families with small children.”这里的孩子很少，如果用B来调和的话就与观点二的thriving相矛盾，没有D好。
注意文章：populated不是popular
