第一个空，用的人最多，效果最好的，那肯定看图右上角的，最靠右，最靠上的就是用的人多而且效果又好的，那就是做运动了。
第二个空，more than half，就看横轴0.5右边的这一片区域，这片区域里，效果最差的就是纵坐标最低的，就是caffeine落在最下面，所以选这个。其实整张图来看，被标出来的，效果最差最低的点也是caffeine. 鱼油和写日记都在这个上面，而且鱼油在0.5的左侧，更不行的。
