即原文的错误假设是什么。其实要站在原文的角度上来看，所以就是原文的假设是什么，因为原文在我们看来应该是有问题的，而原文自己认为自己是对的。

结论说：除非所有事情第一时间都对（说明没有质量问题，难点1），否则B和D无法消除，也就是fast cycle无法执行。
也就是说这道题目是基于：如果有质量问题，那么B和D无法消除，那么fastcycle无法执行。
