比例题：统计样本的代表性&比例变化不代表数量同向变化，要看总量！

这题又是玩数字游戏呢~

在所有的德州发生的盗窃案中，发生在数码的盗窃案的比例上升了2%，但这不代表发生在音数码店的盗窃案的数量会上升，这个数量跟总盗窃案的数量有关。因此E说，总盗窃案件下降了，表明不一定上升的2%能给数码店带来损失，还可能减少损失呢

偷窃在 digital electronic stores 比例增加，然而这些店根据是上一年的偷窃损失来计算这一年的损失，题目的意思是偷窃比例增加了，所以损失的预算应该比去年大，这个预算不对。问削弱，就是显然的比例和绝对值的问题，E说总的偷窃数减少了，所以即使发生在digital electronic stores 的比例增加，实际数字不一定增加。
