B不符合逻辑。这里无法推理出广告对抽烟没有影响。因为文中只是提到1975静止烟广告的行为没有效果，可能是因为广告已经对青少年产生影响已经根深蒂固，所以再禁播广告也没用了。可能性成立原则杀掉B

: at least as prevalent among teen-agers as it is in countries that do not ban such advertising.这句话是至少跟那些没有禁止广告国家的流行程度一样。。也就是说禁广告可能有影响也可能没有影响--推出A。。广告不是唯一的影响因素，，很客观。。

香烟广告会导致青少年吸烟，禁止广告后青少年依旧吸烟至少和不禁广告的国家一样普遍。说明青少年还有别的途径入坑。所以选 A：广告不是导致青少年吸烟的唯一因素
B. does not 对青少年无作用：原文没提过
C禁止香烟广告不会降低香烟消费，没提过
D的逆否命题也不对：如果更多的青少年没去吸烟，那么他们没有看到广告。
EMost 这个词太绝对。原文没出现
