1）expect的用法：表预期： it is expected that； expect to do sth.；expect sb./sth. to do sth.；expect that；expect sth。表想要：expect sth. from sb.；expect sb. to do sth。这里很明显是expect sb的结构，只能是to do sth，所以that错误。 2） to set错误，应该改为in setting。这里是指在setting dividends这件事上（这个方面），不需要用to do表目的。
