因为前面都说了支持一般化，后面就是对这个的具体阐述，little在这里做名词，表示少许，然后后面的that是对little的修饰，说明什么是little的，然后就是注意significant和significantly，前者做形容词多表示有意义，有深远影响的，后者则表示程度，这里显然后者的意思更佳贴切。
