known as = named 被称为，亦称为 known to be = acknowledged as 作为...被熟知，众所周知的是... known for 因为...而出名 known by 凭...而出名 搭配： known as + n known to be + adj/n assume to be假定是 assume as 木有这个短语 好像在哪里看过都要 to be 来着。

前面的bones是后面的同位语，所以不要看到有两个主语就急着以为是错的；而且bones不是prehistoric animals，而是他们的一部分，所以要those,remains是指giants剩余的部分，所以不要those 了。
