其实我觉得简单来看，D awarded for有award recognition而不是bravery的意思〜而且没了E的逗号，D后面全部做了那个奖的同位语，感觉就会有问题，把句子意思也改了〜 关于D的解答 award sb A for B, B 必须是奖励的原因 所以这里不能是for the recognition of bravery 只能for bravery
