One of the more reliable methods of determining regional climatic conditions in prehistoric periods is to examine plant pollen trapped in glacial ice during ancient times. 我感觉B说法了，应该是glacial evidence能够被Radiocarbon dating 证实吧。corroborated是证实的意思。。原文说 by submitting the prehistoric samples to radiocarbon dating techniques, we can 。。。也就是说通过这个R dating我们能怎么样怎么样。。。

B 只是重複說了 文章已經提過的事情 所以說 不是infer的答案

E 就真的是infer了

因為 文章中提到 有2個 功能

1.透過比較舊的 pollen 和 現在的新芽 可以得到 古時候當花粉被冰起來的時候的天氣

2.將這花粉的沉積物送去炭測試 可以知道 哪些區域 在哪個時期 某種天氣比較盛行

可以推論什麼呢?

因為 這個東西 放諸四海皆準...可以用到 全世界的 各個地區去 那這個就必須和鉢銥合金一樣的準 不然 怎麼用來 推估全世界的區域天氣 所以 這東西 我們可以推論說 reliably associated with particular climatic conditions 選E

A...從文章 沒法 infer 出來...
C....從文章看起來..以前和現在的天氣應該是要相同的...且是assumption 因為 之前的天氣 如果和現在的天氣

题目首先已经界定了样本采取都是来源于冰川期这个统一的时间，然后由于通过花粉实验，我们可以得知沉降时候的气候，然后世界上各个地方有不同的植物种类对应不同的花粉，得出不同的天气状况，那么通过一个大数据的叠加，就可以得知哪种气候条件比例最大，但是解释有些牵强。。。
