began是瞬间动词，并无完成时态，按照D的正确答案，那就是说began这个动作从1986年持续了30年了？？这在逻辑语义上是解释不通的吧；若本题的考点是since，那未免太简单了，只是一个时态而已，我个人认为have bagun 可以直接排除；B 并无任何不妥。

allow+that只能表示承认的意思，要表示允许只能用allow to do.

She allowed that she might have been too suspicious.
而且allow不虚拟

officer\'s是错的啊。。。不可以用they来指代，这在曼哈顿语法上有提到过得啊。看来很多东西不实践一下不做错一下是不会改正的。。。。

當since出現就有此動作有延續效應的意思，所以當since出現就要使用過去完成式。ABE用began 非have begun, 刪。
