【误认为是错误选项】 【此题极好！！】 过去分词earned 修饰records，但因为【earned等一大推词的过去式和过去分词一模一样】，非常容易将它看成是主语pilot JC 发出的除了held的另外一个动作，而earned前面又没有连词and，所以就被排除了， 要【非常非常注意这种可能是过去式，也可能是过去分词的情况！！！！】

类似于定语从句的省略形式（which is ）earned ... ;注意d 选项多了一个such!!而且 介词＋which 优于where 并不是when； 还有若用earning 就是结果状语或伴随状语 ，都不太好。
