这个题楼上几个说的都不对，关键在risk＋of这个搭配；除此之外，one chance in a million是固定搭配不要拆开看比较，as little risk as one chance in a million ＝a risk as little as one chance in a million这两个完全可以替换没有错误。

没有一种说法是 present a risk, risk是一个不可数名词，前面不会用a 来修饰的

我想明白了，little risk是说风险很小，不是一个很小的风险。就是说风险只有一点点和一百万分之一一样

1. cause的搭配是risk不是chance; idiom: risk of doing,没有risk to do 和risk for doing(根据这个可以全排除)
e.g. as small a collection as three pirated albums has drawn... (draw的主语是a collection不是three pirated albums)
2. 当adj是many, few, much, little时，使用as adj noun as ,不使用 noun as adj as...

ron 补充知识点：当用as adj noun as 时，adj 和noun不可以组成名词短语(一般复数／不可数名词会与adj组成名词短语)，因为这样就变成了比较名词本身，而不是名词的adj所要表达的特性
as beautiful A GIFT as...CORRECT
as BEAUTIFUL GIFTS as...INCORRECT
GIFTS as beautiful as...CORRECT
as CLEAN WATER as...INCORRECT
WATER as clean as...CORRECT

D和E的问题在于是risk as little as.....是风险和万分之一的概率做比较。所以应该首先排除。

ABC是as一点风险（程度）as万分之一，语意是正确的。所以应该是ABC中的一个。

把as..as...结构简化之后来看就是risk of doing sth这个搭配了，其他的不用管这么多，毕竟这一题不是纯考比较结构的

whoa, you guys are missing the main point here: the word whose idiomatic usage is being tested is risk, not chance.

this is a bit hard to see in this particular sentence, so here's an analogy (which i'm making up on the spot - not part of an official question):

in this case, 'collection', not 'albums', is the subject of 'has drawn' (which can be inferred from the fact that 'has' is singular).
this is the case because this sentence is equivalent to the following rearranged version:
