in better sound than was ever before这一比较的主语肯定是句子的主语，句子重点在the use of the new technology to revitalize, 因此前一比较用倒装结构可以很好的隔开两重比较对象，而D选项的主语是developing the compact disc。

A选项what was。。。。与has been时态不符，而且不能展现出比较所需要的the development...和the use...的平行结构 此题基本上句意都差不多 明显看完Ａ感觉ＷＯＲＤＹ 同感于Ｂ ＤＥ也是话多 Ｃ的表达最简单 因为这题句意看完都差不多又无明显问题 所以用简单直接选出Ｃ
