november through february =nov, dec, jan, feb=4 mths
march through october=8 months
so the 4X goods produced during the first four months are shipped out over an 8-month time span. march storage fee=(4-0.5)x*0.1=0.35x. april=0.3x.....sep=0.5x, oct=0
hence the answer should be C.
